What we are asked to do and are obliged to do is to take a decision on the draft agenda and the supplementary list, as stated in rule 21 of the rules of procedure, in the light of the report of the General Committee.

Under the present circumstances, the least the international community can do is take the necessary measures, including using force, to lift the siege of Sarajevo and other cities, and to lift the unjust arms embargo against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Since the Mir station cannot manoeuvre, the only crew action feasible is to take refuge. On 15 September 1997, the Mir crew took up position in the Soyuz re-entry module at the time of the forecast conjunction with the United States satellite MSTI 2 (1994-028A).

6. Calls once again upon all Governments that have not yet done so to take, in accordance with the relevant provisions of General Assembly resolution 2621 (XXV) of 12 October 1970, legislative, administrative or other measures in respect of their nationals and the bodies corporate under their jurisdiction that own and operate enterprises in the Non-Self-Governing Territories that are detrimental to the interests of the inhabitants of those Territories, in order to put an end to such enterprises;
