In the light of the adoption of resolution 2094 (2013), the Government of Japan reaffirms that it will continue to strictly implement the necessary measures, including inspections on cargos that are suspected of containing items whose supply, sale, transfer or export is prohibited by the relevant resolutions, on the basis of existing domestic laws, including the aforementioned act.
