At 1900 hours at Khanasir, on the Damascus-Sayfara road, five masked individuals in fake army uniforms, carrying Kalashnikov rifles and bandoliers and travelling in an unmarked white Toyota double cabin pickup truck bearing a floodlight stopped an intercity bus coming from Damascus, licence plate No. 226227 (Aleppo), which belonged to the company Star and was being driven by Khayru Jundi bin Muhammad (mother's name Samira; born 1958 in Magharat al-Artiq).
